About us
I’m Jessica McIntyre-Geering, the custodian, property manager & stylist of Dales Run. I’m also a health practitioner specialising in Kinesiology and NER (Naturopathic Emotional Release) Along with my husband Joel, we maintain and run Dales Run as a successful BnB as well as a wellness clinic on certain days of the month. The highlight for us is getting to share this special place with other people. There is a feeling here, a quiet reconnecting that happens. The salt air brings a pervading calm and green rolling hills provide a magnificent green expanse that seems to draw away worries you weren’t even aware were there.
Getting to enjoy this space ourselves is really sacred. We feel blessed to be the custodians of this healing wellness space and love being here with our friends and family.
Dales Run is very considered & curated. Most items are preloved or refurbished in some way. Pieces adorn the house that I have collected over the years or have carefully selected from loved artisans & makers. All special pieces that tell a story, come together to tell the Dales Run story.

On the outskirts of Kiama, overlooking both the ocean & the mountains is a great location for so many lifestyle & creative brands. Have a new campaign and need a country kitchen or outdoor fire pit? Bespoke tea Design
My love for wellness products and tea has culminated in DRWco - DALES RUN WELLNESS CO. Here you’ll find the tea range I’ve created for guests to enjoy at Dales Run and selected curated wellness products that follow our ethos; Consciously created. Made with Love. Organic.
I also created this tea range for other guesthouse owners who want to give their guests a beautiful sensory tea experience that helps tell their story. A tea experience that not only showcases the best ingredients & taste, engages all the senses, all whilst looking at home sitting pretty on the guesthouse kitchen benchtop; a tea jar that is a styling piece in its own right. Encouraging the wellness ritual of tea, creating special moments of connection and a lasting impression for guests is at the heart of the DRWco tea range.
As a tea sommelier, with extensive experience in the tea industry, I’d love to help you design your own tea that helps communicate your Guesthouse story. The power of using taste & smell to connect is age old. Often tea evokes nostalgia, it can take us into memories like a magic doorway without conscious thought. Tea is also an opportunity to take a moment, sit with ourselves, discover what ails us and be offered solace in a cup.
